(Seeing as no one else has done a write up on the reasons for this I thought I'd do them, feel free to post in here disagreeing or adding your own thoughts.)
This stage is really small. This stage is going to always devolve into a pillow fight with very little room for climbing which some players dislike and feel is too centralised compared to other stages.
Due to the tiny nature of this stage as well as the fact that the middle of stage is a dark block it is hard to tell if Blue Sheep's same frame pillow fight advantage is too strong on this stage. If both players run for the dark block from the start of the map, if both players get there as soon as they can Blue Sheep will always take it. In general this is fine and Orange Sheep can play around this and force Blue Sheep to vacate the dark block or lose the match, however there are many different ways this stage can generate and it's suspected all though not confirmed that at least one of these generations might be automatically won by the player who claims this dark block (in other words first player).

It's small, but it very nearly made it to counter pick status.
The problem we ran into at SGDQ testing was that the goal spawn is rng and can be forced down to one side based solely on RNG. The best action was to push the blocks at the start away and hope the spawn was a free win. It was fun for a bit, but the problems are quickly apparent when you see it and play on it enough.

I dunno we've tested it pretty extensively in the past, MTBlocks a Perth player found quite a few interesting strategies that remove some of the initial problems on the stage and make it a lot more competitive but there are a couple of goal spawn locations that we're just not sure can be fixed.

It's worth noting this is clearly a glitched build. Watch the preview on stage select and you can see this would have originally been a VERY fun stage. (Sadly it's also glitched on the JP version.)

I don't like to think it's glitched. It seems like this was the intended stage, it's just meant to be very pillow-fight heavy. I believe the preview is just an older scrapped version of the stage and they forgot to change it.
